As our teachers continue to work toward the goal of helping our students to have success in the classroom, Logansport Community School Corporation has planned a Professional Development day for all LCSC staff members on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. On that day, students will not attend school. They will be given assignments by their teachers which they can complete at home on that day. Classes will resume as normal on Thursday, September 15, 2022.

Mientras nuestros maestras/os continúan trabajando hacia la meta de ayudar a nuestros estudiantes a tener éxito en el salón de clases, la Corporación Escolar Comunitaria de Logansport ha planeado un día de desarrollo profesional para todos los miembros del personal de LCSC el miércoles 14 de septiembre del 2022. Ese día, los estudiantes no asistirán a la escuela. Sus maestras/os les darán trabajo por medio de su laptop y que pueden completar en casa ese día. Las clases continuaran con normalidad el jueves 15 de septiembre de 2022.

Logansport High School is holding its annual open house on Wednesday, August 17, from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm. A brief opening meeting will be held in the McHale Performing Arts Center before students and parents are released to the classrooms.

Orientations for 2023 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Application
CCCF has set orientation dates and times for the 2023Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program. Students graduating high school in 2023who wish to apply for the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship must attend a mandatory orientation for instructions and application materials.
Cass County residents
• Who are high school seniors in 2022-2023 and will have graduated by the end of June 2023 with a diploma from an accredited Indiana high school
• Who will pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study at an accredited public or private college or university in Indiana
• Who have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher on an un-weighted 4.0 scale and score 1100 or more on the SAT or 24 on the ACT.
Orientations are scheduled for the following dates and times:
Tuesday July 19th at 10am and 5pm
Wednesday July 20 at noon
Friday July 22 at 10am
Monday July 25 at 4pm
Students MUST call and register for a date and time. All orientations will be held at the Cass County Community Foundation office at 729 E. Market St., Logansport.
Deadlines for all other donor-established scholarships administered through the Cass County Community Foundation will be announced in the fall after school resumes and announced as soon as available to give students graduating in 2023 ample time to apply. the Varsity Rocket League team made school history by winning our first ever State Championship in esports! The team of Brayden Jordan, Xander Wilson, Mac Collins, and Parker Hoyo dominated Western High School with a 4-0 sweep in the best of seven series. The final scores were 3 to 1, 3 to 2, 5 to 1, and 5 to 2. Brayden Jordan had 9 goals, 1 assists, and 6 saves, and Mac Collins had 5 goals, 5 assists, and 5 saves in the victory. On November 23, it was brought to Logansport High School's attention that a Snapchat threat was circulating that references Logan High School. It has been investigated by School Resource Officer Binney and the Dean’s Office/Mr. Dubes. The Logan High School being referenced in the Snapchat is in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
We greatly appreciate and thank our student body and staff for being proactive when you hear or see something, say something.

Logansport High School is holding its annual open house on Wednesday, August 18, from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
A brief opening meeting will be held in the McHale Performing Arts Center before students and parents are released to the classrooms. Open House is a time for parents, who are valued partners in the process of learning at Logansport High School, to meet their students’ teachers, hear about class expectations and tour the campus.
