NHS Application 2024 - Due Sept. 2nd
The National Honor Society (NHS) application process at Logansport High School is now open for Juniors and Seniors who meet the required criteria. To be considered for selection, students must demonstrate excellence in Scholarship, Character, Leadership, and Service.
To qualify under the Scholarship criterion, students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. Character, Leadership, and Service standards will be assessed through the application, input from LHS faculty, and evaluation by the NHS faculty selection committee.
If you believe you exemplify these qualities, please complete and submit your NHS application by Monday, Sept. 2nd. Late applications will not be accepted.
Selected members will be required to pay $10 in dues and complete 10 hours of community service per year of membership. Additionally, attendance at the Induction Ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 29th at 2:30 p.m. is mandatory.
