Logansport High School Senior Scholar Society {A Short History}
In the mid-1970s, LHS sought to honor students strictly based on their scholastic excellence during their high school careers. The first class of inductees was the class of 1975. Students are invited for initiation based on specific academic criteria. To qualify, a graduating senior, after their seventh semester, must have a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or above. In the past few years, with the advent of dual credit and weighted classes, achieving high GPAs has become an even more commendable accomplishment.
